2 (Sunday) – training and 4H meeting at SAAVI for all puppies at 2:00 (including emphasis on longer stays)
9 (Sunday) – Bsketti Bash, Jewish Community Center, 3800 E. River Rd. (Dodge Blvd between River and Alvernon), 4-6 pm
15 (Saturday) – Christmas Parade downtown starting at 6:30. Meet at 5:30 at _____ (details TBA).
15 (Saturday) – Phoenix group having Christmas party in conjunction with puppy truck's arrival.
22 (Saturday) – Winterhaven outing. Meet at Fort Lowell entrance (Fort Lowell between Country Club and Tucson). We'll start walking at 6:30! Parking is available in the residential area south of Fort Lowell. Entrance is free, but please bring either money or canned food for a donation to the Community Food Bank.
23 and 30 – no meetings

November 2012

4 (Sunday) – training and 4H meeting at SAAVI for all puppies at 2:00
11 (Sunday) – training for Zandra, Zelda, and Solo at SAAVI at 2:00
18 (Sunday) – two separate meetings

• outing to Reid Park for puppies older than 16 weeks at 1:00 (meeting at the statues on 22^nd Street east of Country Club across from McDonald’s)
• for Zandra, Zelda, and Solo at SAAVI at 2:30

25 (Sunday) – no meeting!

October 2012

7 (Sunday) – training at SAAVI for all puppies at 2:30
13 (Saturday) – 10 am to 2 pm in front of Petco (9640 E. 22nd St). Set up at 9:30, presentations at 11:30 and 2:00.
14 (Sunday) – training at SAAVI for Zandra, Zelda and Solo at 2:00

21 (Sunday) – separate activities

• outing to UA: NEW LOCATION! Park in the Park Avenue Garage at the NE corner of Park and Speedway. Meet on the south side on Speedway.at 12:45.
• training for Zandra, Zelda, and Solo at SAAVI at 2:30

27 (Saturday) – Yuma Fun Day 9 am to 2 pm
28 (Sunday) – training for Zandra, Zelda, and Solo at SAAVI at 2:00

September 2012

To help with references below, here are our current age categories:

• babies: Bishop, Wyoming
• middle: Gerard, Lara, Linley, Kelsa, Skyla, Newhart
• older: Art, Danbury, Disney, Payton, Rogue, Spencer, Walker, Wasabi, Willia

1 (Saturday) – Heartguard and monthly reports due! The reports for babies and older puppies go to Debbie; reports for the middle group go to Jusdina.
2 (Sunday) – no meeting

9 (Sunday) – 1:30 training at SAAVI: This is for the babies and the middle group of puppies. Please read the manual on the recall command (come) and go to bed.

16 (Sunday)

• We need 2-3 puppies for each hour slot at a table at Petco (4625 North Oracle Road, across from Tucson Mall). Please contact Debbie if you haven't already. She still needs puppies/people.
• 1:30 –babies will get training at SAAVI.

23 (Sunday) – 1:30 party at Amy Peterson’s house (3650 N. Wendell). When you turn onto Wendell, it's the second house on the right.

30 (Sunday) – 4H meeting and training at SAAVI, 2:30. Sandi will be there to help with training issues we might have.

August 2012

5 (Sunday) – no meeting

12 (Sunday)

• 1:00 pm - three new puppies arriving Saturday will meet at SAAVI.  Bring the packet you (hopefully) get on Saturday with all the paperwork.
• 1:30 pm - puppies 17-18 weeks will have an outing to do stairs at Chase Bank, SW corner of Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon. Bring your gentle leaders and don’t forget your bait bags.
• 2:30 pm - older puppies will have a separate outing, location Park Mall. Meet in front of the theaters (no movie; outing = mall).

18-19 (Saturday-Sunday) – evals with Sandi (UA classes start Aug 20)

• Saturday at the Tucson Mall
• Sunday at Target (4040 N Oracle)

19 (Sunday) – 1:30 pm at SAAVI

• training for Bishop and Wyoming; bring grooming supplies/equip (others welcome)
• evaluations for 4-5 month old puppies tomorrow (please leave career changes at home)

26 (Sunday) – Training at SAAVI: Wyoming and Bishop will meet at 1:45, all other puppies at 2:30 pm. Note too that this is a 4H meeting.

July 2012

1 (Sunday): new puppy training at 2:30 at SAAVI (3767 East Grant Road, between Alvernon and Dodge, northside)

8 (Sunday): all puppies at 2:30 at SAAVI. Sandi's going to try and join us.

15 (Sunday):  Two separate meetings today, both at SAAVI (click on link above)! Remember your bait bags, please. Also, raisers from both groups should plan to overlap for discussion at 2:30 of the Fun Day trip. day): no meeting (CA Fun Day on July 21)

29 (Sunday): meeting at SAAVI at 2:30 (new puppies will get their jackets)

June 2012

3 (Sunday): 2:30 training at SAAVI (3767 East Grant Road, between Alvernon and Dodge, northside). Please bring your puppy with jacket, long line (if you have one), bait bag, gentle leader.

10 (Sunday): 2:30 meeting at SAAVI (new puppies will come to weekly meetings till Debbie indicates otherwise). The older puppies are going to do a puppy exchange for the week. Bring everything your puppy with its jacket, booties, gentle leader and enough food for the week. DO NOT bring toys. Your puppy will enjoy the different toys at the new house.
